Show Operation

* Advertising will be done via a variety of media outlets to be determined by the Public Relations committee. Artists are expected to participate in word-of-mouth advertising and social media event promotion for this event.

* Merchandise must be handmade. No mass-produced merchandise (i.e... items available on Amazon, etc.) will be permitted. Items not meeting these criteria will be removed from booths and the artist may be asked to leave the show with no refund being given.

* Electricity will be available. Artists must bring their own power strips and extension cords.

* Artists are expected to keep their booths stocked and clean throughout the show. Inattention to this reflects poorly on the entire show and can lead to not being invited back next year.

* Artists are always expected to act professionally. If a customer is present, please acknowledge them and refrain from complaining about others, discussing politics or religion, and using foul language in front of them. We do not want to offend our customers or make them feel uncomfortable while shopping.

* The organizers will carry general liability insurance. The Show Organizers will take all reasonable precautions but will not be responsible for losses due to fire, theft, breakage, flood, or acts of God. We encourage artists to insure their own work.

* Due to COVID-19, the safety of our customers and our artists is our priority and we have created a safety committee to ensure we are practicing and enforcing best practices for social distancing and other preventative measures. Masks will be required for all our customers and artists.  Artists are expected to follow the safety committee guidelines and artists not complying with these guidelines may be asked to leave the show with no refund being given.

A “mask” is defined as a cloth face covering, mask or other device to cover the nose and mouth of a person to impede the spread of saliva or other fluids during speaking, coughing, sneezing, or other intentional or involuntary action. Coverings which are made of suitable layered fabrics are acceptable but scarves, ski masks, and balaclavas are not substitutes for masks. The Face covering must cover the mouth and nose of the wearer. (b) Face coverings shall be worn at all times by members of the public while inside the artist market. (c) Face coverings are not a substitute for social distancing. Even if wearing a Face covering, persons should practice appropriate social distancing, stay six feet apart, clean their hands frequently, and take other everyday preventive actions.

* Safety recommendations can and will likely change in accordance to the CDC and our state recommendations. You can count on us to keep up to date with the latest recommendations by the state and federal government. If this event is cancelled before the show starts because of COVID-19, we will refund your booth fee.
